Shipping Policy

Processing Time
– Original artworks and prints ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Methods & Rates
– Orders are shipped from Finland via [Posti / DHL / other carrier you choose].
– Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and size/weight of the artwork.
– You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

International Orders
– Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
– Delivery times may vary depending on international carriers and customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each artwork and print is created with care, all sales are final.
– If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage so we can arrange a replacement (for prints) or discuss a solution (for original works).
– Returns for reasons other than damage cannot be accepted.
